This Commission Policy outlines how commissions are calculated, distributed, and governed within the Jhatayu Direct Selling Program. By participating, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
To be eligible for commission payouts, you must:
Be an active, verified distributor with a valid ID.
Have an active direct or repurchase sale within the current month.
Complete full KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.
Meet all rank or plan-specific conditions as defined in the Compensation Plan.
You may earn from any or all of the following income categories:
Referral Commission (e.g. 5% on direct joins)
Binary Matching Income
Repurchase Commission
Leadership Bonus
Royalty Income
Franchise or Rank-Based Rewards
Each category has separate criteria and calculation methods. Refer to the Income Plan section for detailed breakdowns.
Commissions are calculated weekly (Monday to Sunday) and released every following Friday.
Monthly bonuses (e.g., loyalty or royalty income) are released by the 5th of the following month.
All payments are made via bank transfer or UPI to the registered account on file.
A TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) of 5–10% will be applied to eligible commissions as per Indian tax laws.
GST and service charges (if applicable) may be deducted before disbursal.
PAN card is mandatory for withdrawals above ₹10,000.
The minimum payout balance is ₹500. Balances below this amount will be carried forward to the next cycle.
The company reserves the right to hold or suspend your commission if:
There is a violation of the terms and conditions.
Your ID is inactive for more than 60 days.
Fraudulent activity or manipulation is detected.
KYC or bank details are found to be invalid.
You can place a withdrawal request anytime after crossing the ₹500 threshold.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delays may occur due to bank holidays or verification issues.
Your commission details, earnings reports, and downline data are confidential and accessible only to your login account. Sharing or misusing this information may result in permanent suspension.
Jhatayu Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Commission Policy at any time without prior notice. All changes will be reflected on the official platform.
