Jhatayu Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd. follows a transparent and customer-first refund policy. This policy applies to all purchases made through our official website, mobile application, and registered distributor channels.
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, expired, or wrongly delivered.
The refund request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product is returned unused and in original packaging.
Non-refundable items include:
Opened or used personal care products.
Digital kits or subscription-based services.
Membership fees or one-time joining packages.
To initiate a refund:
Contact our support team at support@jhatayu.com with your order ID, reason, and photo evidence (if applicable).
Our team will review and approve eligible refunds.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
All purchases related to business kits (₹5,001 to ₹25,001) are non-refundable once activated and credited with JC points.
No refunds will be issued once binary/repurchase/commission-based structures are triggered.
Refunds for accidental transactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 24 hours of the transaction.
If a product is damaged or defective, you may opt for a replacement instead of refund, subject to inspection and availability.
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed or shipped.
No cancellations will be allowed for digital kits or services once the activation link has been sent.
